The technology
V-Shape®
Resilience and robustness since 2005
If you take a closer look at our artificial grass fibers, you will notice that each artificial grass fiber has a patented V-shape and a reinforcing spine that runs the entire length of the grass blade.
In addition to the natural look, these two elements also ensure that our products are hard-wearing, the grass stays upright better and longer and the grass springs back easily.

MiNT® - Micro Nerve Technology
For a matting effect
If you look at artificial grass fibers under a microscope using our MiNT technology, you can see tiny nerves running the length of each blade of grass, similar to the nerves you would find on real blades of grass.
This advanced technology creates a matting effect, making our artificial grass less shiny and therefore almost indistinguishable from real grass.
In addition, these nerves contribute to an increased resilience of the artificial turf. The fibers spring back easily and you can enjoy a full and beautiful lawn for longer.
ReaDY® - Realistic Directional Yarn
Natural look
Traditional artificial grass is often straight and aligned in one direction. Royal Grass products with ReaDY technology look very natural, as each artificial grass fiber points in a different direction.
During production, the artificial grass fibers are slightly crimped using ReaDY technology, creating a “natural growth direction”. The application of this technology gives the artificial turf a more natural look and creates a full, lush appearance, similar to real grass.
SunTEC®
Sun-tanned grass
Just like a summer lawn, Royal Grass products with SunTEC have a sun-browned blade of grass here and there. This makes the artificial grass less perfect, but gives it a more natural look.
One tall blade of grass per tuft is summer brown in color, giving the lawn a natural summer look.
